Welcome to A Wanderer's Table. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, content, features, and services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by A Wanderer's Table. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
A Wanderer's Table is a platform for sharing recipes, travel experiences, food photography, and related content. You agree to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Some features, including full recipe access, may require a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. Subscription fees are billed every three months through our third-party payment provider (Stripe) and are subject to their terms and conditions. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your billing period.
All content on this Site, including recipes, photographs, text, and graphics, is the property of A Wanderer's Table or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.
By posting comments or other user-generated content, you grant A Wanderer's Table a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Site. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you post, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or user accounts; use automated tools to scrape or extract Site content; or interfere with the normal operation of the Site in any way.
